As a person who enjoys graphic design and have worked self-employed in the graphic arts industry on and off for 20 years, I have always been something of a 'traditionalist' in that I preferred to just create my marketing graphics and promotional materials in Photoshop. I can only really speak about fatness in British culture, as that is the culture which I've been part of, for the last 47 years.
