- The pre-talk is where I get to know you and your goals, and explain how hypnotherapy works and what to expect. I will also answer any questions or concerns you may have, and make sure you are comfortable and ready for the session.
- The hypnosis is where I guide you into a relaxed and focused state of mind, and use positive suggestions and coping skills to help you achieve your goals. You will be aware of everything that is happening, and you will be in control at all times. You will not do or say anything that you do not want to. You will simply feel relaxed, calm, and focused.
- The post-talk is where I bring you back to full awareness, and discuss your experience and feedback. I will also give you some tips and advice on how to maintain and enhance the results of the session, and suggest some self-hypnosis techniques that you can use at home.
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions you need depends on your individual needs, preferences, and progress. Some people may achieve their goals in a single block of 4 sessions and some may need 2 or 3 blocks. Generally, the more complex and severe the issue, the more sessions may be required. However, the quality of the sessions is more important than the quantity. We always tailor the programme to suit your pace and progress.
How much does hypnotherapy cost?
The cost of hypnotherapy varies depending on the hypnotherapist, the location, the duration, and the type of the session. You can expect to pay between £50 and £300 per session, depending on these factors.
