How do I use them?
You need STEREO headphones and an audio source to use them. Both ears must listen to the tone, to get it to work. It will NOT work if you only lace one earbud in your ear, or if you’re listening to it without head/earphones.
Different types of brainwaves have been identified. For instance, Theta waves, which range from 4 to 8 Hz, happen during light sleep or deep relaxation. Alpha waves, which are between 8 and 12 Hz, happen when people are relaxed and their brain is not focused on anything.
