The end product
You will receive a logo that is versatile and adaptable for any use. What is not included?
Please note that our logo design service does not include the following:
- Web design. We focus on creating logos that you can use on your website, but we do not design the website itself.
- Incorporation into any other products, such as brochures and business cards etc. We can produce these at additional cost, however.
- Paid-for fonts. Unfortunately, not all fonts are available free of charge, or for your specific use. If you choose or specify a paid-for font, we can purchase any fonts on your behalf, and are happy to bill for this, separately.

How this service works
Here’s how you can get your custom logo in 10 easy steps:
Stage 1
- Contact us and we will send you a questionnaire to learn more about you, your business and your vision for your logo. At this point, we send a quote for the work required.
- Return your completed questionnaire and let us know you’d like to go ahead.
- We will send an invoice for you to cover the cost of the initial design process. Pay the initial design fee to start the project.
Stage 2
- We work on some logo concepts and request your feedback on them. Pick one that you like the most and we will refine it for you.
- We continue working on your design and return it for your feedback once it’s ready.
- Review the revised logo and let us know if you need any minor tweaks. We will do unlimited small changes free of charge, but major changes or new concepts cost extra.
- We make the relevant changes and return it for your approval. If you are happy at this stage, we move into the final design stage.
Stage 3
- You will be invoiced for any remaining balance on your project, including any paid-for fonts (if you chose any). This final bill must be paid in full before final designs are sent.
- We send your final logo design in a variety of file types, resolutions and colours/shades.
- Use your logo on your website, print materials, or anything else you want. Enjoy your new brand identity!
