If you’d like guided support, you’re always welcome at Mind Spa — a calm, sensory‑rich space designed to help your nervous system reset. Sessions use a mix of guided relaxation, guided meditation, mindfulness, breathwork – and more.

Regular Mind Spa Classes:

Monday 10am & 6.30pm
Tuesday 10am & 6.30pm
Wednesday 6.30pm
Thursday 10am

Held at Eastthorpe Hall, WF14 8AE.
