I hope you can forgive me for this but, in my efforts to move offices and complete all of the tasks associated with that, I appear to have spread myself a bit too thin. Well, this is embarrassing!
I came back from my holiday 3 weeks ago, but with a chest infection and then had to move my entire business to new premises at Eastthorpe Hall (a new wellness centre)and well…let me tell you…I just need a break from the blog for a couple of weeks, while I put some other plans in place to actually see some clients.
