It is expected to be of particular benefit to clients who think primarily in visual and kinaesthetic terms. The script starts with imagining a peaceful scene and then moves into a symbolic release of emotions.

The script can also be used as a deepener, or just as a pleasant way to unwind from the stresses and strains of life.
